Which workshops qualify for the complimentary hotel stay?

The complimentary hotel stay is available only for new registrations for eligible workshops held at our Scottsdale, AZ campus between November 1 and December 20, 2026.
  • 2-day workshops include 2 complimentary hotel nights.
  • 3-day workshops include 3 complimentary hotel nights.
  • The offer is subject to hotel availability.
  • Membership discounts still apply, but this offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts.

The following workshops are not eligible:

Are there booking deadlines or cancellation policies?

Yes. To qualify for the complimentary hotel stay, your workshop must be booked at least 30 days before the workshop start date.

If you cancel your hotel reservation less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee will apply.
