Important Dates & Policy Spear Summit: March 20 – 22, 2025

Commitment deadline for exhibitors and sponsors: Jan. 20, 2025*

25% deposit must be received with Exhibit Sponsor Application and Contract to receive a table assignment. All sponsorship payments are non-refundable, and sponsorship may be canceled if payment in full is not made by Jan. 20, 2025.

Preliminary Spear Summit 2025 Exhibit Hall Schedule**:

Thursday, March 20: Set-up: 8 a.m. - noon, Exhibit: 1 – 7 p.m.
Friday, March 21: Exhibit: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, March 22: Exhibit: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Companies are responsible for providing all artwork for logos for specified items within 30 days of Exhibitor or Sponsorship Application submission. Spear Education reserves the right to incorporate the logo into appropriate artwork for specified pieces.

Yes, you may transact with Spear Summit attendees from your exhibitor table. All sales are between the customer and the exhibiting company; Spear Education is not party to any of these sales.

Exhibitors may have personal food and beverage for exhibitors at their table, but food and beverage cannot be given out to attendees at exhibitor tables.
Yes, exhibitors may provide promotional giveaway items at their exhibitor table for attendees, but it must be restricted to the exhibitor’s booth area. Exhibitors are responsible for following all applicable laws governing their activity with dental professionals.
Yes, lead retrieval devices are available at an additional cost. See a la carte opportunities within this prospectus.
Spear Summit booth assignments are based upon the discretion of Spear Education. Typically, exhibitor booths are assigned based on upon application and deposit dates in addition to sponsorship seniority.
