Commitment deadline for sponsorships and exhibitors*
Sponsorship fees are due in full. Cancellations made after Dec. 31, 2025, will forfeit all monies paid. All sponsorship payments are nonrefundable, and sponsorships may be canceled if payment in full is not made by Dec. 31, 2025.

The welcome reception for Leadership Symposium planned for 5-6 p.m. will be held within the exhibit hall. The exhibit hall will not be open on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
