Yes! Guests are encouraged and provide a great option for office managers or other team members to experience Spear Summit along with you and to help implement key tactics when you return to your practice. Guest passes are $295 and allow your guest to attend all sessions, meals, and extracurricular events. CE is not included for guests.
VIP members receive 50% off guest passes.

Leadership Symposium is a Spear Summit pre-event exclusive for VIP attendees that will take place March 19 – 20. Attendees can expect an incredible keynote presentation focused on leadership development with actionable insights they can immediately implement at their practices upon returning home.

Yes! The Spear Summit 2025 app will be available to everyone who registers before the event date so you can jump in and get acquainted before heading to Orlando. Watch for email communication regarding when the app is released.
We understand some things are simply out of your control. If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, the following applies.
Cancelations made before 11:59 p.m. (PT) Jan. 18, 2025
(60 days before March 19):
Refund = 100% registration fee
Cancelations made before 11:59 p.m. (PT) Feb. 17, 2025
(30 days before March 19):
Refund = 50% registration fee
Cancelations made after 11:59 p.m. (PT) Feb. 17, 2025
(less than 30 days before March 19)
No refund of registration fee
Travel and lodging arrangements and cancelation policies regarding Spear Summit are not governed by Spear Education.
